Terms of service.
These terms explain how you may use the FX GOAT website and the FX GOAT member dashboard at dashboard.fxgoat.com, under South African law. Please read them with the Privacy policy and the Risk disclosure.
Who we are
FX GOAT is run by Emmanuel and Thapelo. Contact: support@fxgoat.com.
Emmanuel & Thapelo — Representatives of Trading Markets (Pty) Ltd | FSP 40003. FSP 40003 is registered to Assent Legal Solutions (Pty) Ltd; the Risk disclosure explains what that arrangement does and doesn't cover. It does not represent FX GOAT as independently authorised under that number.
FX GOAT, fxgoat.com and dashboard.fxgoat.com are operated by UniversalSphere FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company licensed by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates. Registered address: FOB50133, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, AL Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. These terms are an agreement between you and UniversalSphere FZ-LLC.
RAKEZ commercial licences: E-Commerce 45007085 (Products and Services E-Trading); General Trading 7010199 (General Trading); Services 47017005 (Marketing Management); each issued 21 November 2024 and valid until 20 November 2026. These are UAE commercial licences. They are not financial-services authorisations, and they are separate from the South African representative arrangement described in the Risk disclosure. These particulars are also the supplier details for section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 where that section applies.
What FX GOAT provides
- This website: information about FX GOAT, trading education, livestreams and the published performance record with its source.
- A free member dashboard account, signed in with one-time codes sent to your email.
- Linking a trading account you hold with Exness or Vantage, and checking whether it is under FX GOAT's partner or introducing-broker relationship.
- Requests for FX GOAT ALGO access, and for access on TradingView, which FX GOAT's team reviews.
- Links to FX GOAT's communities and channels on third-party platforms, which have their own terms.
This website and the dashboard do not hold client funds, place trades or manage trading accounts. The representative arrangement described in the Risk disclosure does not by itself show authority for discretionary management.
Who can use the dashboard
You must be 18 or older and legally able to agree to these terms, and using FX GOAT's services and your broker's products must be lawful where you are. Your account is personal: don't share your sign-in with anyone.
Your account and sign-in
You sign in with a one-time code or link sent to your email address; there is no password to set. Anyone who can read your email can sign in, so keep your mailbox secure and tell support@fxgoat.com straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Keep your details accurate. You can see changes to your account on the dashboard's Activity page.
Broker accounts and FX GOAT ALGO eligibility
- You open and keep your trading account directly with the broker, under the broker's own terms and identity checks (KYC). FX GOAT never asks for your broker password.
- FX GOAT ALGO access is currently free for trading accounts registered under FX GOAT's partner (Exness) or introducing-broker (Vantage) relationship. There is no minimum deposit or trading-activity requirement.
- FX GOAT checks that relationship with the broker, automatically or through its team, and checks it again from time to time.
- A broker or system outage, or a check that can't complete, is not treated as your account leaving the relationship. Access is withdrawn only after repeated checks confirm the account is no longer under the relationship, following a grace period.
- If the same trading account is linked from more than one FX GOAT account, the team reviews the claims and may reject the one that doesn't belong to the account holder.
- You can ask support@fxgoat.com for a person to review any check result.
Requests and TradingView access
Requests you send from the dashboard are reviewed by FX GOAT's team, which uses a private internal spreadsheet to process them. Sending a request does not by itself grant access.
FX GOAT ALGO is a TradingView indicator. Where access is approved, the team adds it manually to the TradingView username you give; it isn't granted automatically, and the timing depends on the team. Access can be removed if your eligibility ends or these terms are broken.
Fees and payments
The dashboard and FX GOAT ALGO access are currently free. Neither the website nor the dashboard takes payments or renews anything automatically.
FX GOAT earns a per-lot commission from Exness and Vantage on accounts under its relationship (see the Risk disclosure). Your broker sets your trading costs, fees and minimums.
If FX GOAT offers a paid product in future, its price and terms, including your cancellation and refund rights, will be shown before you pay.
FX GOAT ALGO and content: permitted use
FX GOAT ALGO, its code and design, and the content on this site and FX GOAT's channels belong to FX GOAT or its licensors. While you have access, you may use FX GOAT ALGO and the content for your own trading and learning. That permission is personal and non-transferable, and it ends when your access ends.
- Don't copy, resell, redistribute or publish FX GOAT ALGO, its signals or paid community content.
- Don't try to extract, decompile or reverse engineer FX GOAT ALGO's code.
- Don't share your access or your sign-in with anyone else.
Third-party components keep their own licences (see THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES in the site's source).
Fair use
- Don't misrepresent your broker account, or link a trading account that isn't yours.
- Don't try to get around the dashboard's checks, security or rate limits, or overload the service with automated requests.
- Don't post unlawful, misleading or abusive content in FX GOAT communities.
Suspension and ending your account
FX GOAT may suspend or close an account, or remove access, for a breach of these terms, fraud or misrepresentation, a security risk, or when FX GOAT ALGO eligibility ends. Where the law allows, we will tell you why, and you can ask support@fxgoat.com to review the decision. An outage on our side or the broker's is never a reason to suspend you.
You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be closed. The Privacy policy explains what happens to your information.
Trading risk and no personal advice
Trading on margin can lose you some or all of your capital and, depending on your account's terms and any negative-balance protection, more than you deposited. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. General content on this website and FX GOAT ALGO's chart markings are not a personal recommendation for your circumstances. Any regulated financial service is provided only under the relevant documented mandate of a representative's financial services provider; these terms don't decide whether a particular service is regulated advice. The Risk disclosure forms part of these terms.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the website and dashboard available, but they depend on third parties (brokers, TradingView, hosting, database and email providers) and may be interrupted for maintenance or outages. We may change or withdraw features; if a change removes something you rely on, we will tell account holders in advance where we reasonably can.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, FX GOAT is not responsible for losses from your own trading decisions, or for losses caused by brokers, TradingView or other third parties that FX GOAT doesn't control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or anything else that can't lawfully be excluded, or takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, POPIA or the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 37 of 2002, where they apply to you.
Complaints
Email support@fxgoat.com first and we will respond. For a regulated financial service provided by a representative, you can also complain to the financial services provider concerned and then to the FAIS Ombud (https://www.faisombud.co.za). Privacy complaints can go to the Information Regulator (https://inforegulator.org.za). Where the Consumer Protection Act applies, you can also approach the National Consumer Commission. These routes are not affected by anything in these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts with jurisdiction may hear disputes about them. This doesn't take away any mandatory protection that the law of the place where you live gives you, or your right to use any ombud, regulator or other forum that the law gives you.
Changes to these terms
Changes are published on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects dashboard account holders, we tell them by email before it takes effect.
